Property inspections

Conduct a thorough inspection of the property carried out in each quarter. Produce an inspection report of the property condition for the landlord’s records. Provide an end of year report outlining any damage to the property during the tenancy

Act as liaison

We will act as the first point of contact with the tenant on rent and property management issues. Dispute resolution mediation in the event of a dispute arising with tenants in the property. Prompt action on all issues raised by tenants during the tenancy.
